Mình đặt hàng qua web này 4 cái máy DecoFun xs bằng Ship COD. Hàng đóng gói rất sơ sài, hoàn toàn ko có đồ đệm bảo hộ, chỉ có quấn bọc nilon đen là hết. Đến khi nhận hàng thì có 1 hộp bị móp méo, 3 hộp còn lại nguyên vẹn. Mình đồng kiểm cùng với shipper Viettel, có quay clip mở hàng luôn.
- Shipper đổ lỗi cho người gửi đóng gói ko cẩn thận. Ko chịu nhận trách nhiệm về mình
- Shipper gọi điện lại cho người gửi (là Ms May) thì được phản hồi là: Kêu khách hàng phản ánh với sale ấy, tôi chỉ là người gửi hàng đi thôi.
- Mình yêu cầu chỉ nhận và trả tiền 3 hộp nguyên, trả lại 1 hộp bị móp nhưng MS May bảo hoặc là lấy hết hoặc trả lại hết.
- Shipper và người gửi đều không nhận là người chịu trách nhiệm về hư hỏng.
- Mình ko có số điện thoại của sale. Chả có chỗ nào để có thể liên hệ được. Địa chỉ liên hệ của Công ty cũng khá là mơ hồ. Hiện tại mình chỉ biết đánh giá ở đây thôi chứ ko biết phải kêu ca với ai.
